About Change
Change Consultancy and Training (CCT) is a development and consultancy organisation that has a client base that is split 80/20 across the public and private sector.
Our clients are very diverse! We work for voluntary organisations and we also work for one of the most recognised retail brands in the world.
We play to our strengths, we measure what we do, learn very quickly, and respect each and every client as a unique partner interested in development.
Our house style is one where we take what we do very seriously, however, we don't take ourselves seriously at all! So, the development activities facilitated by ourselves are typically informal, relaxed, and safe learning environments, supported by thoroughly professional preparation, delivery and follow-up.
Our consultancy work is based on similar principles, and building on common values between us and our clients is important to us. We have a relatively small client base, preferring to work collaboratively with our clients building longer term, thoughtful and open partnership relationships. The partnership approach is a fundamental part of our values as an organisation.
CCT is an Approved Centre for the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) in fact, we are the second largest in the UK.
Within the last two years we have been highly commended as a Centre of Excellence by the Institute.
We also possess ISO9001 registration for all of our business activities.
